Pin has 23111 and a 9 on them. Shoe has no marking. Vinyl windows are unmarked as far as brand. Thanks!

Hello! Looks like you just need a new pivot bar. I recommend the 26-360. This has one extra hole, but as long as the other two are in the same position then I think it will work well for your window.
