Help, I need a window balance fast

Question

I'm selling my house and settle on 30 June; however my window balances broke and I need 4 of them really fast. I'm willing to pay for express mail. I think I need 31" Series 371 Channel Balance Product Code: S371-31, using your on-line page, but I don't know the stamp option to choose. I attached some photos of it. Looks like your balance is stamped with 30 C. This usually corresponds to our 3030 option, but you may want to weigh your window sash just to be sure.
