Help! I need two dozen of these pivot bars!

Hello-

Thanks for taking a look at this picture. I ordered a dozen pivot bars from you before, and thought I had the right ones- but when installed they create a bit of a tight fit, the operation of the window up and down becomes a bit tight. I'm ready to fix a dozen more sashes, and really want to get it exact, if that is possible.

If you can take a look at this and advise, I would be grateful!
