Help ID Channel Balance

Question

My window has 2 different balancers with 2 different part numbers probably because someone worked on it in the past. I will replace them both so they match. The window weighs 23 pounds. Which part should I order from you?

I also need help to identify a 33" balancer. I will send a separate message with photos for that part too.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Also confirm that your balance's metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, is indeed 27" long. You will need a stamp option of 2620.
