Need help finding a suitable replacement sash guide. Have yet to find similar measurements on a replacement part.

Thanks for posting! The closest match I could find was our 18-166. It's very close to yours, but there are one or two dimensions that are a little off. Look over our measurements and see if you could still get it to work in your window.
