Thanks for posting. This shoe looks a lot like our 15-180. Do you agree? If so, I also recommend our Series 190 coil spring, 15-181 double support coil support and 15-182 bushings. Let me know if you agree.

Is there one piece that I can purchase that has the whole replacement already assembled?

I'm afraid not, but these parts are fairly easy to assemble.
