The arms of this operator are labeled "Truth", but the manufacture of the windows remains unknown. The width of the internal part is 5 and 1/8. Difficult to accurately measure arm lengths with operator in place, but I've added a ruler to some of the photos for reference. Also noted six screws in a linear arrangement.

Your operator resembles the 39-220B shown below. We also offer the 39-221B opposite-handed version. These replacements are used with the 39-375 and 39-376 folding handles with covers. Take a look and thanks for posting!
