Please see the 3 photos attached that come from a Milgard Window. The markings (printed not etched) show 29 3 AQ CMC 4. Those markings are also shown in the photos. Measured length is 30 inches.

Hello there. It appears the bottom fitting or shoe might be damaged (this is the fitting that you refer to as the 'end with wheels'). Could you check another balance to see if this bottom attachment is supposed to be larger? If so, I suspect it will look like one of the two shoes in the diagram below. If so, you'd need either the S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, of that bottom shoe. Compare both balances in the diagram below to your old hardware to see what matches best.

If by some chance all your balances have this 'shaved down' show, let us know before proceeding. Otherwise, for either the S380-30 or S385-30 choose 2930 as your stamp option. Let me know if you have further questions.

It looks like these are the same photos shown in your original post above. Have you seen Bob's response where he recommends either the S380 or S385 channel balance depending on the depth of an undamaged version of your balance bottom fitting? Take a look and see which of these replacements is needed for your window.
