Spiral balance parts

Good morning. I am trying to determine what parts are needed to repair my windows.

I have measured just the tube itself and it is 29" inches
The diameter is 3/8 of an inch

The trouble I am running into is there is no colored tip on any of the spiral balances. I have weighed the window sash and it is 24lbs. Can you advise what colored tip I would need for the spiral balance?
