Help Identify Replacement Channel Balance for Jordan Non-tilt Window

Question

I would greatly appreciate assistance in identifying the correct part and option for a Jordan non-tilt window. I am assuming that I need a pair of:

29" Series 351 Channel Balance option 2830

based on the photos and the markings on the existing balance. 16-23 pounds sound about right for the window...

I've known many Jordan brand windows to use a Series 390 channel balance. This has a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom. Look these over to see what you think. The only difference between this and the Series 351 is the size of the shoe.
