Help Identifying Awning Window Operator

Good morning. Can you please help me identify the replacement for this Operator?

DIMS are as follows

Vertical- 5-1/4 Center to Center

Top attach Point

I believe you have an older style Pan American operator. They are not made like yours any more. Take a look at the 39-017, instead. Compare the dimensions and hole spacing with your sample and see if you could use it as a substitute.
