Help Identifying Casement Hardware for replacement.

Contractor from Wellesley, MA

Hi There - I can't find an identifying info and my client would like to replace the brown hardware with white to coordinate with a larger renovation.

Can you help?? The project is in Lexington, MA - these windows were probably replaced in the late 80's? (really a guess - it was done with a previous owner)
Thanks!

Hi Kendra,

Thanks for posting! The casement window lock you are searching for is the 38-097 LH Entry Gard Sash Lock, the opposite handed version is the 38-098. To determine if this is the best replacement, you (or the client) will need to carefully look over the dimensions and design.

The keeper should look like the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper.

To replace the cover and handle, you can use either the 39-107 along with the 39-205 folding handle or the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit.

All of the recommended hardware and accessories are available in white.
