Help Identifying Channel Balance Parts

Hello,
I would like to purchase new channel balances for my windows. I attached some pictures to show the type that they are. They measure 1/2" wide, and are 18" long. I have two different sized windows that I need new balances for. For reference, one of the existing channel balances has the markings 16 2 CT Caldwell, and the other is marked 17 3 AT Caldwell.

I'd appreciate if you could help to identify Swisco parts that would work to replace these?

Thanks for your post! I've got your balances narrowed down to a few replacements. I'll just need to know the measurement for the depth of your shoe to confirm the exact one needed for your repairs.

Take a look at the diagram below for reference; it is the front to back measurement.
