Help Identifying Closet Door Part

Question

Hi Can you advise me on which replacement part I should buy the only # I have is this 50113982 243533 these laundry doors are very old and I'm having a hard time opening & closing them.

Hello, Judy. It sounds like it might be an issue with the roller guides at either the top or bottom of the door. I'm afraid I can't make out what you have from these photos, though. I would require a picture of yours removed and without obstruction so that I can properly compare it to our inventory.

Before you do all that, though, your first step should be to examine the track for any debris or obstructions that might be hanging up its operation. You could also try lubricating it with silicone spray. That might help its operation without having to replace anything.

If you try all that and you still run into issues, then you likely do need new guides at that point. Once you have them removed, show me a photo and we can work from there.
