Hello!
The internal plastic bushing dried, cracked, and broke so I can no longer lock the door. This is from a Vinyl Insulated NAMI branded door. Unfortunately the sticker is dried up and mostly gone so I can't pull a model number. The door itself is about 11 years old. The spin lock is at the top of the handle. I've tried a couple local hardware shops but no luck.

Hey Tony. I am afraid we don't have an exact replacement for this handle set type. You might be able to replace it with a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing like our 82-030, as some customers have had success doing this in your exact same situation--but I cannot make any guarantees. I apologize we can't be of more help, and best of luck with the repair.
