Identifying Casement Window Hardware

Hello,I have two Crestline crankout windows that are faulty. They will crank open, but will not close. I have located part numbers on the "assembly". One has identifying marks saying EntryGard Truth 20810 and the other has EntryGard Truth 20810A. Each cranks opposite directions (left hand and right hand?). Can you assist in getting me the new parts I will need to replace?Thanks,

Hello,
Your operator resembles the 39-031 and 39-032 at first glance. Take a look and confirm the specifications below match yours, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit for these operators.
Dimensions for 39-031
If the hinges need to be replaced as well, take a look at the 36-048 set. Just make sure to confirm yours has the same 10" long base. Thanks for posting!
