I hope this gets you the info that is needed to help me replace the broken piece of my channel balance.

The measurement photos are from the not broken side. The last photo shows how the balance is broken.

We unfortunately don't sell any top sash guide that's 1" wide. That's honestly enormous for this kind of part.

Can you verify that measurement? Eyeballing your photos, it doesn't appear to be that big.

In the meantime, our 18-188 appears to match in every other respect.
