Help Identifying Hardware

Hello there. It's a bit tough to say from this photo. Is this a drawer track guide? Is part of it missing or damaged. Please compare an undamaged version to the 32-119 and see it has a similar sized gap. If this seems off, show us a more complete version and we'd be happy to try and find something better.
