Help Identifying Hardware

Question

Our home is 25 years old and we have a Loewen door (pics attached). Rather than replace it, we are going to sand and repaint the interior, and have a new threshold installed. I would also love to replace all the worn out seals. Do you sell a “kit” or the seals that we could purchase? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you

We don't sell seal kits like you suggest, unfortunately. I'm also not familiar with what seal is used on your particular door, so we will need more information to continue.

To start, we need to see a clear photo of the end profile for each unique seal style you want to replace. We also need you to measure the end profile and respond to this post with those dimensions written out as precisely as you can manage. Please do not take a photo of a tape measure; all dimensions must be written. The video below will go into more detail.

I do see the end profile of the bottom sweep in your third photo, so that's a good start. The bad news is that we don't sell this style. The only product we have that might be applicable is our 58-176. This wraps around the entire bottom of the door and installs on the sides using screws. That makes it very versatile. As long as your door is 1-3/4" thick and as long as you have room for drilling new holes, it should work as an alternative.
