Help Identifying Hardware

Question

I need help finding 4 balances that different than the rest of the house.
These balances are etched, 33 3 Caldwell AM
The metal channel is 34 inches.

All the other windows are 395 balancesPictures attached. The black plastic end is different.

Thanks for your post! This window balance is similar to both the S351-34 and the S390-34. To determine which of these is the correct replacement match, you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe.

Our 3330 stamp should work to replace yours but it may be a good idea to double check that your sash weighs between 18 to 23lbs.
