Thanks for your post! Your balance shoe can be replaced with the 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the right fit, carefully review and compare the dimensions. Keep in mind, you may need to shave down the aligners to get the shoe installed.

Your existing pivot bar may not be compatible with this shoe but I'll need to see a photo of it, removed from the sash, to confirm.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 170. The Series 171 is used when an assembly uses more than one coil. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal to determine the correct weight option.

The cover you have is no longer made, so you will need to reuse it for the installation.
