I weighed the window sashand it does weigh 34 lbs.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm confident we can supply this window balance. Although, to narrow down the correct replacement, I will need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle of the balance.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the additional photos. This window balance can be replaced with the S395-30 Channel Balance. Our 2960 stamp will support a sash weighing 32 to 35lbs.
