Help Identifying Hardware

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This could be either an issue with the handle or mortise lock. An easy way to figure it out is to remove the mortise lock and then try to throw it manually, with a screwdriver. If it works fine, you need to fix the handle. If it hangs up, you need a new mortise.

Based on your photos, I would recommend our 82-030 handle or 82-218 mortise lock, as needed.
