Hello. One of the slide latches in the screen of my Harvey Northeaster window broke. I'll upload a picture of the broken one and a picture of the unbroken one from the screen. The latches are made of white plastic and are about 4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The spring in the broken latch works fine. I believe the windows were installed in 2007.

Thanks so much for contacting us. We don't sell this latch currently, but I'm happy to see what we can find for you.
Before we go any further, can you please show me a photo of this removed? There are some key details hidden by frame that I'll need to review. Thank you!

I've attached photos of the front and back of the screen. I sent detailed photos of the plunger tabs earlier. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.

I'm sorry for the confusion. What I need to see removed is the latch itself, not the screen. Please provide that so that we can research whether this is still available.

Hello. I'm not sure how to remove the latch. Does it just pop out if you pry it with a flat edge screwdriver? I don't what to damage the frame.
Thanks.
Thanks.

See our video below showing how these latches are generally removed.
