Help Identifying Hardware Replacement

This would be the entire channel along with the T-Lock balance shoe. I am hoping to purchase four of them.

Hey there. I believe this might be the S795-26 Channel Balance, with a stamp option of 26C. Look it over to confirm. It looks like your balance's T-Lock Shoe is identical with the one that comes attached by default to this balance, so you don't need to purchase it separately (the 15-195). Please review to confirm. Finally, does your old balance use a screw clip to attach to the top of the window track? I think so, but please make sure. If so you should be good to go! Let us know if you have further questions.
