Help Identifying Part of Casement Window

Handy Person from Wayne, PA
Could you please help me identify the arm I indicated in the attached photos?  It's approximately 7-1/8" inches long (when I include the missing peice that rusted away).  I found the correct accuator (39-221B) on your website, but I'm struggling to find this one.
Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for posting! The arm you are searching for is part of the window hinge. You'll need to replace the entire hinge to repair the window, as this is not sold separately.

I'm certain we can recommend a replacement but I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Jasmine,

The track length on the sill is 13"

Thanks,

Hi Walt,

Thanks for confirming. The closest replacement matches we have are the 36-049 and 36-004-14 (stainless steel). These are 14" 2 bar hinges but the length should not affect the function of the window.

Keep in mind, you will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges to ensure they are a match. Both of the recommended sets can be used in right and left handed casement windows.

Carefully look over each of their specifications to determine which of them might be the best option.
