Help Identifying - Pivot Bar

Question

I think this is a 'Pivot Bar'  It's located tawords the bottom of the sash and the end that sticks out of the side fits into the shoe that connects to the spiral balancer.  I believe this is called a pivot bar(??)  Are there any recomendations for replacement?

Yes, you are correct. The pivot bar you are searching for is the 26-375 Better Bilt Pivot Bar, used along with the 26-016 3/16" x 1-1/4" Spring. I am confident this will work for your repairs but be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them.
