Help Identifying Replacement Parts

Question

Hello, I am searching for a possible replacement latch set for this window that the top thumb latches have been broken. The window is secure at the bottom and can slide up and down with relative ease. The only problem is that the top of the window is not secure and will fall into the room. Any solutions or information is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I believe your best bet would be to replace your existing latches with a surface mounted latch. As it would make repairs for the latches much more efficient in the long run. For this you'll need to use our 26-228 and 26-229. Take a look at the video below that explains the process for converting your latches. See what you think!
