Help Identifying Series and Part Number

A home owner from Florida says:
The part pictured has U B 28B stamped on it. I have a list of windows that I need to replace the balances in and they have the below stamped on them:

28D
16A
28A
22D

Thanks for posting. Assuming all five balances have the same design as your original hardware, it looks like you'll need either our S380 or our S385 channel balance. 

To determine which balance you have, you'll need to confirm the measurement from your bottom shoe. Use the diagram below for reference.
