Help Identifying Tilt Latches

My house has Flesher Windows Series 1000 single hung windows. I believe these are now Eastern Architectural Systems FWI 1000 windows. The tilt latches on them are becoming brittle and starting to break, and I would like to purchase some replacements. The overall width is about 2-3/8”, and the holes are about 1-1/8” on center. In addition to the spring-loaded tilt latch, they have sliding metal tabs that insert into notches in the window frame so you can lock the windows open about 4". There are no names, numbers, or other identifying features on the latches.
