Help Identifying Window Casement Part

We are missing the outside piece of this crank window casement. This is the only window of this type in the house we purchased. The window has a marking called Lowe that I did not take a picture of. Can you tell what part we should order? The measurement is 4 3/4" x 1". We have a contractor that can help install it. Thanks.

To clarify, are you only looking for the cover for the base of the operator or a full new crank operator mechanism? If only the cover, please review the 39-107 that is compatible with your style of operator. Let us know what you think!
