Please help in identifying a replacement for my Andersen double-hung windows sash balancer.
Balancer has the following markings:

- Andersen Corp
- R16
- 927
- 4-88
- 11600-17
- 11600-3
- U.S. Pat. No. 3335455
- Pat. 1967 Can

Thanks for providing the photo and thorough stamp info. See our 24-939. This is meant to replace Andersen sash balances with the stamp code '927'.
