Help Identifying a Part

Hi, would you be able to help me identify the replacement part I need to replace a coil balance on my window. I have attached a pic of the existing one. No marks or identification on the part. Its dimensions are approx 1 1/4" wide and 3" long. Looks like a single coil. Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks for posting. The shoe closely resembles our 15-180. Check it out and let me know if you agree. If so, you may also want to see our Series 190 spring.
