Help Identifyling Channel Balance

Either our Series 380 or Series 385 appear to be matches. If your bottom shoe measures 1" deep, as shown below, you would want the Series 380. You say the window sash weighs 4 pounds but the 26-3 stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 13 to 19 pounds. This would be way too strong for a sash that only weighs 4 pounds. Can you double-check the sash weight for us, just to be safe?
Thank you for catching that for me. You're right. I weighed the window again. it weighs 13.6 lbs. Also the correct width of the balance is .5" Not sure where that 1'2" came from. So do I still need the S380?

That will still depend on the depth of the bottom fitting. As per the diagram above, the Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe whereas the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. That may not seem like a big difference but it does have a big impact on how these install.
Regardless of what Series you go with, the 2630 stamp option carries 13 through 19 pounds, so that should work perfectly for your sash weight.
