Start with taking a look at our 32-012 Rear Drawer Track Socket Pair as well as our 32-139 Rear Mounting Bracket Pair; carefully compare each of their dimensions to determine which of these might be the best for your repairs.
Keep in mind, your existing drawer slide pair is not likely to be compatible with our hardware, so there's a chance you may need to replace that as well.
