Hi and Thanks in Advance for your help!
As you see, these rollers are very rusted. They expanded from corrosion so much that they pushed out the window channel.
The roller is 1". The length is about 2". And the width is about .5". As I mentioned, with all the rust, they expanded so much that it pushed out the channel quite a bit.
Let me know if you can identify the correct replacement or need additional information. If not, I can remove some good un-rusted rollers and measure them.
I'm probably going to order about half a dozen of them.
They are for windows in a big sun room. These windows happen to be next to the hot tub. Go figure why they are so rusted. ha
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting, Greg. This looks very similar to our 81-090 roller. The dimensions are even close, too. You may want to compare it to a roller that hasn't corroded just to be 100% sure, but I think this may be the best match in our inventory.
One thing to keep in mind is that these are designed to work in a sliding glass door, not a window. It's not unheard of that such a roller will be used in a window, so I still think it's worth considering, I just thought I should mention it just in case it comes up later.
