Hello! I am looking to repair a window in my home and need a replacement channel balance but do not know which to order. Attached are photos of the current one in my window that no longer holds the window up. I appreciate your help in guiding me to the correct product to purchase.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 14-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
Can you just tell me how many balances you're looking to replace? I can draft a price quote from there.
I'm afraid our minimum for custom orders is 2 so I can't send you a purchase link for just 1. You always want to replace your balances in pairs anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old one will cause the new one to wear out much faster since it has to pick up the slack for the old balance.
