Your handle looks like our 82-086 but if you only need the thumb latch, you can use our 82-107 latch lever kit.
As for your mortise lock, we will need to see a photo of it to identify the correct replacement, which, unfortunately, will require opening the door.

I am confident that both the 82-107 latch and 82-218 mortise lock are compatible with your existing handle set. In fact, I believe the 82-107 was specifically designed for exactly what you have now. I also know that the 82-107 and 82-218 mortise are compatible just from personal experience, so there's no problem there.
But if you had any doubts, the 82-086 is an alternative that puts all doubts to rest. It comes with its own thumb lever, key lock, and handle pair, though it does not come with a mortise. That's still sold separately. Otherwise, it will totally replace your existing handle set.
I am still confident that you can get away with just the 82-107 latch and 82-218 mortise. The two videos below may also be of some help to you.
