Help Unidentified sliding door

I need parts to help repair this door, looked all over . No luck. I would like to put a new door handle set up on the door if I can't get the parts needed.

Door latch lever broke
Screws missing below to keep handle sturdy

Thanks for reaching out to us. We sell the thumb lever by itself, which is our 82-107, but I'm sorry to say that we don't sell the screws separately. We also sell the complete handle set, which is our 82-086.
