Help Unknown handle brand - hard to replace

Hi. I have this handle and the first white piece in the uninstalled picture is broken. If I can locate that piece from this unknown brand then I can fix my door.
The handle is white - about 8.5" tall and hole spaces are 5" apart. Thank you for any help. -J

Hello there. Is the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, 4-15/16"? If so, see the 82-080. This Handle Set could work as a replacement.
