Hear are five photos to help you identify the Jeld Wen balancers for my single hung windows . The number on the existing balancers is 22-5 BF5 45 CMC and measures approximately 1/2” wide.

I have sent over a separate email with an order link for (4) balances with pricing for your review. Please note that the replacement will have a different bottom shoe, but this will not affect the installation or function. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments will measure 23 inches long.
