Help With Window

Question

I need to learn how to put my window back in bottom window back in just to slide up and down now it's free and is heavy and dangerous I need to put it back in the way it was before where it would stay up or down and now it won't this is very dangerous

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like the window balances may be the culprit. We recommend you check both sides of the window for any damage. Removing a balance from the window to get a better view might be a good idea too.
