It looks like you need a pivot shoe, but it's unfortunately not possible to identify from these photos. There are an absolute ton of different style shoes that all more or less look the same; we depend on specific details to help find a match, and those details are obscured in these photos.

This service typically requires full removal of the part in question before we can assist you. At minimum, I'm going to need you to at least take the glass panel out so that I can see more of it. Full removal would be ideal, though.

Thanks! I'm afraid this pivot shoe style is not one that we sell. It reminds me somewhat of the 15-228, but I don't know how compatible this would be with your existing springs, or if the size is even the same. I'm sorry to say you're going to have to remove everything from the track in order to verify.

This is usually standard protocol. No getting around it, unfortunately. For now, all I can tell you is that we don't sell this shoe. Look over our 15-228 and see how well it compares.
