Help after Ian - Need replacement cranks ASAP

Home Owner from Ft. Myers, FL

Hello,

I live in Fort Myers, FL and during Hurricane Ian two of my awning window cranks failed and the Windows kept opening during the storm.

Now the cranks are completely damaged and will not close the windows all the way. The original house plans show windows by Norandex (see pic). I called Norandex and they said the windows were probably made for them by Simonton Windows. See attached pics of the cranks and the bolt thing that is used to attach the crack to the awning window arms. Unfortunately I could not get screws loose with tools I had to take crank off window. Also I cannot find any identifying info on the windows.

If you have something that will work I need replacement cranks as soon as possible since the windows will not close properly without new cranks. If possible I would like one left hand crank and 2 right hand cranks. White would be ideal but will take any color. I hope you can help and please get back to me as soon as possible!

Thanks Crystal

The design of your operator is very similar to our 39-258 and 39-259, which are made for VE Andersen windows. I'm not 100% sure that these match your originals but you can review our dimensions to confirm.
