Help! changed tension rod but the window is still falling

help, i replaced the tension rod. window was still falling. I see the plastic piece in the track that holds the window in is out, see pic. what to do?

Unfortunately, we don't carry the cams separately but if you could show us an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness, we'd be happy to research your replacement options. Thank you!
