Hi, would you be able to advise if this is the correct channel balance replacement. Think I need the S385-12 (1150) as the windows weighs 17 lbs.
Old balance is stamped 11 9 EX CMC 7.

Thank you for submitting your inquiry to our discussion board.
It looks like you have either our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances.
The difference between the two series is in the bottom shoe.
Comparison of 15-004 and 15-005
The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.
If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.
