Help choosing coil balance hardware

I would like to replace everything pictured. 2 windows. I don't know the brand.
Plastic coil carrier part #801020
Coil stamp #5.5 35" length
Please help me choose the correct parts.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-228 shown below. This uses either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" wide S165 coil springs. The compatible covers can be found under the related items section of the coil spring product page. Thanks for posting!
