Help finding Andersen Balance

Question

I could not find my serial number in the available parts.  The numbers on the balance were 11600-7   and also E85 9#27 3 84.  I would like to replace all my window balances about 13.  Thank You Don

Thanks for your question, Don. Andersen window balances marked "9#27" can be replaced with our 24-939. These replacement balances do not have a right or left side. They will work on both sides.
