Help finding Anderson crank part casement window

We did carry a replacement for your operator at one time but, unfortunately, it was discontinued. The only part that we carry for your assembly at this time would be the 36-030 Roto shoe pair. I'm sorry that we can't recommend any alternative solutions at this time.

I completely understand your situation but, despite our best efforts, we have not been able to locate another operator that will work in place of your discontinued assembly. If you haven't already, you may want to try reaching out to the window manufacturer directly to see if they have any recommendations.
