I went to the house and took more pictures for my dad who is working on the house. Is this part available to order?

It's very difficult to make out what kind of operator you have based on its current condition, but from what I can see the design appears similar to our 39-188. Look this part over and see what you think.

the item i purchased was to long. do you have a size smaller? it you see the picture

The 39-188 would be the best we can offer. What you could do is swap the old and new operator link arms. You'll need the 62-014B rivet to do so. What you want to do is place the elbow of the link arm on a metal plate and hammer the 62-014B rivet until the skinny end mushrooms out and locks it in place.

If the difference in arm length differs, that could account for why it doesn't. Swapping the old and new link arms would be the best we can offer, however.
